I help associations and organizations develop their learners by creating organized, engaging, and visually appealing e-Learning. I utilize a variety of tools to turn your content into custom and interactive modules that help your learners retain and apply their new knowledge and skills. My goal is to use scenarios, real-world examples, and storytelling to help guide the learner through the content and allow them the space to practice their skills before transferring them to their work environment.
My projects are delivered on time and in budget. My goal is to not only meet the need of the learner, but of the association or organization as well. I work collaboratively with stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to curate content and create a learning experience that is beneficial to everyone. My process is iterative, which allows stakeholders and SMEs to view the course through its different phases and provide feedback.
