In 2022, I spent four months designing and developing an asynchronous e-Learning course for Orthopaedic Nurses wanting to prepare for the ONC® certification exam or to enhance their knowledge to improve patient outcomes. The course consisted of seven separate modules covering a variety of topics that allowed the learner to glean the most important concepts needed to care for a broad range of orthopaedic patients. The client wanted to utilize narration (and closed captions) to further expound upon the information provided onscreen.
